Jeffrey Alderman
Jeffrey Alderman President/CEO jalderman@acbsp.org Jeffrey Alderman joined ACBSP in February 2015 coming from the Kansas City Kansas Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his work at the Chamber, Jeff brings an extensive background in association management including serving as executive director of the Kansas Bar Association, the Camden County (N.J.) Bar Association and was the assistant executive director of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. He also served as vice president for Visit Topeka, a destination marketing organization. Nathan Eberline
Nathan Eberline Vice President of Operations neberline@acbsp.org Nathan Eberline joined ACBSP in May 2018. He previously served as the Associate Legislative Director and Legal Counsel for the Kansas Association of Counties (KAC). His career focus has included public policy, government relations, and municipal law. Nathan holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. in English and Political Science from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. Read Full Bio

Steve Parscale
Steve Parscale, Ph.D. Chief Accreditation Officer sparscale@acbsp.org Steve Parscale joined ACBSP in 2004. Steve has a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from Northcentral University in Prescott, Arizona. He also has a Master of Science in Management degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management degree from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. Steve has two associate degrees -- an Associate of Applied Science degree from Butler Community College and an Associate of Applied Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force. Diana Hallerud
Diana Hallerud Associate Director of Accreditation dianahallerud@acbsp.org Diana Hallerud joined ACBSP in September 2003. Previously, she was a Research Analyst for the Missouri Occupational Information Coordinating Committee (MOICC) for 6 years. Prior to that, she worked as a Research Secretary for Institutional Research at Central Missouri State University. She holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University and a master’s of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. Since joining ACBSP, she has also served as a state Baldrige Examiner for the states of Kansas and Washington as well as serving on numerous ACBSP site visits. 
Cari Hunziker
Cari Hunziker Accreditation Coordinator chunziker@acbsp.org Cari Hunziker joined ACBSP in February 2015. She previously worked as a customer service representative/social media manager for www.sidebysidestuff.com. Born and raised in Fort Scott, Kansas, she now lives in Drexel, Missouri with her husband and two elementary age children and is heavily involved in their activities.  She is the Vice President of the Drexel Public School Foundation, which raises funds and helps to provide scholarships and teacher grants for supplies not provided by the district. In her spare time she enjoys running and weight lifting, as well as traveling with family and friends.
Dr. Larry Zachrich
Dr. Larry Zachrich Accreditation Coordinator Dr. Larry Zachrich has been involved with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs since 1991. He has served ACBSP as site evaluator, on the Board of Commissioners, on the Board of Directors, on the Accreditation Governance Board, and as Board President of ACBSP in 2005-06. His work has taken him throughout most of the United States and to several other countries. Dr. Zachrich has earned degrees in Business Administration, Education, and the Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration in 1993. He has taught business classes at Northwest State Community College since 1978. Dr. Zachrich has served as Dean of Business, Dean of Engineering Technology, and Dean of Arts & Sciences. He has managed employer relationships for student internships and also led the process of prior learning assessment. Dr. Zachrich has made numerous presentations at educational and business conferences across the country. His contributions to the educational community include service on the Holgate Local Board of Education, textbook reviewer for publishers, leadership in the development of a national business assessment test, and service on regional Boards of Directors.

Latin American Operations

Wilfredo Giraldo
Wilfredo Giraldo, Ph.D Director of Latin American Operations wgiraldom@acbsp.org Wilfredo Giraldo joined ACBSP in September 2013, and is based in Lima, Peru. Giraldo studied Industrial Engineering at the National University of Engineering. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Applied Science Peruvian University Business School and a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from the Graduated School of San Martin de Porres University, Lima, Peru. Chinese Operations

Peng Yan
Peng Yan (Patty) Director of Chinese Operations pattypeng@acbsp.cn Peng Yan joined ACBSP in 2016, and is based in Beijing, China. Patty is a PhD student in Management Philosophy at Beijing Normal University. She also has Master of Philosophy in Molecular biology and BSc in Biology from Beijing Normal University. Patty brings her intelligence and international education working experiences to ACBSP operations within China. Prior to joining ACBSP, she had worked in senior marketing, operations, and business development positions at several academic institutions, including University of Hertfordshire, Kings College, and Northern University Consortium. She is able to adjust herself into different roles as well as aiming to achieve prosperous outcomes.

Member Services

Mary Riley
Mary Riley Director of Administration maryriley@acbsp.org Mary Riley joined ACBSP in October 2002. Born and raised in Kansas was previously employed with Coca-Cola Fountain Sales as the Assistant to the Comptroller. Mary is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and will continue with a Human Resources degree.
Melinda Dorning
Melinda Dorning Director of Marketing & Communications mdorning@acbsp.org Melinda Dorning joined ACBSP in October 2008. Melinda has lived in the Kansas City area for 13 years, having come from Birmingham, Ala. where she was born and raised. While in Birmingham, Melinda was public relations coordinator for Eastern Health Systems, Inc. and later public relations director for the American Red Cross, Birmingham-area chapter. She also did freelance work for Southern Living magazine and for AmSouth Bank. She earned a B.A. in mass communications with a specialization in public relations from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1987. She is a member of the Kansas City Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
Carmen Hayes
Carmen Hayes Director, Member Services chayes@acbsp.org Carmen Hayes joined ACBSP as its Member Services Manager in April 2015. She comes to the organization with more than 15 years’ experience in the banking industry as well as work within the non-profit sector. She most recently served as a Client Relationship Manager at UMB Bank. Her educational background is in Bilingual Education and she is presently working on a degree in business administration. She has a passion to serve including involvement in numerous charitable organizations such as Connections to Success/Dress for Success Kansas City. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, spending time with her daughters, traveling with family and friends, and “dinner and a movie” with her husband.
Sherry Williams
Sherry Jean Williams Senior Coordinator, Administration swilliams@acbsp.org Sherry Jean Williams joined ACBSP in October 2004. Previously, she worked as an Executive/Administrative Assistant for HomePride Finance/CIT Group Sales Financing, Inc., for 22 years. Sherry, whose nickname is Peaches, was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She has one brother and five sisters. In her spare time, Sherry enjoys watching movies and hanging out with family and friends.
Giles Rafol
Giles Rafol IT Systems Administrator grafol@acbsp.org Giles Rafol joined ACBSP in September 2005 as the Member Services Manager. Giles was born in Chicago, Illinois, and was raised in the suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri. He is a graduate of the Metropolitan Community College of Kansas City, with an Associates in Arts degree. His interests lie in web design and development, collaborative web systems, and other emerging technologies. In addition, he's an avid PC gamer, traveler, and self-professed "news junkie."
Danielle Harter
Danielle Harter Member Services Coordinator dharter@acbsp.org Danielle Harter joined ACBSP in April 2017. She is passionate about helping others and most recently worked at The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States (VFW) as a Donor Services Coordinator. In addition to work within the non-profit sector, she has more than 2 years’ experience in the banking industry having worked as a bank teller at both UMB Bank and Bank of the West. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration from ACBSP-accredited Park University School of Business. She has volunteered for many charitable organizations over the years, and is currently involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, traveling, watching movies, and hanging out with her friends and cat, Nelson.
GaryArnold Seevers
Gary Arnold Seevers Graphic Designer / Web Designer garnoldseevers@acbsp.org Gary Arnold Seevers joined ACBSP in September 2018. He was born in Virginia and has previously worked for the Marketing Department of O’Reilly Auto Parts in Springfield, Missouri before moving to the Kansas City area in 2016. In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, playing music, and pursuing his interest in cinematography.
GaryArnold Seevers
Marta Garcia de la Cruz Conference & Meeting Coordinator mcruz@acbsp.org Marta Garcia de la Cruz joined ACBSP in September 2018. She is from Ferrol, Spain. Marta is a graduate of University of Jerez de la Frontera (Spain), where she earned a bachelor’s degree in tourism in 2010. She moved to Kansas City in 2012, where she has worked as a front desk clerk, front desk supervisor and eventually as a catering and convention services manager at a Holiday Inn.
