The competition starts during ACBSP's Regional Fall Conferences where presenters are evaluated by a panel of expert judges. The competitor with the highest score in each region is named Best of Region and advances to the final stage at the ACBSP Annual Conference.

The winner of the Best of Regions Award will receive a crystal trophy, a $500 cash prize, and the prestige of being named a top educator in the business world.
