Search Accredited Programs

ACBSP accredits nearly 3,000 programs at over 430 campuses across the world*

In order to help businesses, students, and other members of the public find the programs they're looking for, ACBSP has developed an accreditation search tool.

Errors or Mistakes?
If you find any errors with the tool, including incorrect data, please use this Contact Form to make a report. Include any search terms or options used, as well as the URL of the page with the error. If you have any questions regarding the search tool, you can also use the Contact Form.

While ACBSP strives to have the most accurate information available to the public, it is up to the student or user to verify program details with the college or university.

Institution Classification

Public means any institution that is run/chartered by a governmental entity and/or funded by taxes. Examples are US state universities and community colleges.

Private institutions encompass all others, including for-profit colleges, religious-affiliated schools, and other independent, non-profit colleges.

The classification is most accurate for US-based institutions. Institutions in other countries may have their own classification systems that do not readily conform to the public/private system. In most cases, accredited schools outside of the US are considered "Private."

Degree Level

ACBSP accredits programs at the associate, baccalaureate, graduate, and doctoral levels. For specific degrees (i.e. whether a program is an A.A., B.S., DBA, or Ph.D., etc.), contact ACBSP or the college directly.

Search by Program

Examples are "Accounting" or "Marketing." It is recommended to use as few terms as possible. So to search "Hospitality Management," search for "Hospitality" or "Management."

Separate Accounting Accreditation

Certain accredited baccalaureate/graduate degree schools have also achieved Separate Accounting Accreditation for their accounting programs. Accounting programs would normally fall under "regular" accreditation, but there are additional benefits, such as seating preference for the CPA exam, that may be of additional value to students. For more information, see our Separate Accounting Accreditation page or contact the college.
