Appointment of Individuals to all member services committees is by the President of the Council typically upon nomination by the regional officers. The term is three years with one opportunity for reappointment. The composition is intended to be balanced geographically and with regard to the type of institution. The number of members on a committee is not less than nine and not more than fifteen. The Chair serves a two-year term with the term expiring year shown in parentheses. The Vice-Chair serves one year during the second year of the term of the Chair and then begins a two-year term as Chair
