2012 Annual Conference

Call for Presentations

The deadline to submit a response to the Call for Presentations for the 2012 Annual Conference was January 31, 2012. Over 50 presentations were received and acknowledged by ACBSP staff. A committee is in the process of judging and scoring the presentations. Results and notifications will be sent by March 5, and a complete list of concurrent sessions will be posted by April 1.

If you missed the opportunity to submit a response this year, our Call for Presentations is released each September for the Conference during the next year. We look forward to your attendance June 15-18 at the Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland to experience all that is involved in being a presenter. The theme for the 2013 Conference will be announced at the conclusion of the 2012 Annual Conference.

Timetable for Submission/Acceptance
January 4, 2012			Conference registration opens.
January 31, 2012			Deadline for submission of response to this Call for Presentations
March 5, 2012			E-mail notification of acceptance from Sarah Schwartz
March 26, 2012			Deadline for submission of 70-word bio for inclusion in on-site program
April 30, 2012			Deadline to submit form for audio-visual requirements
May 3, 2012			First conference call with presenters/authors (optional but recommended)
May 11, 2012			Second conference call with presenters/authors (optional but recommended)
May 18, 2012			Early registration deadline (presenters are required to register for the conference)
May 21, 2012			Electronic submission of conference documents
