REGISTRATION FEE: | The fee includes all meal functions including three luncheons, welcoming reception, accreditation banquet, and awards breakfast. Registration is open to any educational institution or corporate member of ACBSP, Latin American Council of Management Schools (CLADEA), or this Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU). Early registration (By May 18): ACBSP or CLADEA or HACU MEMBER Full Registration - $480; Two-Day - $430 NON-MEMBER Full Registration - $630; Two-Day $580 Regular registration (After May 18): ACBSP or CLADEA or HACU MEMBER Full Registration - $580; Two-Day - $480 NON-MEMBER Full Registration - $695; Two-Day $595 Individuals registering for both the ACBSP and CLADEA conferences will receive a $100 discount. Online preregistration has been officially closed out as of Thursday, June 18. Conference attendees can still register on site in San Antonio at the Marriott Rivercenter ACBSP Registration Desk.For persons unable to use this online procedure, a two-page registration form is available to register for the ACBSP Conference on one page and the optional events on the second page. |
HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS: | The Marriott Rivercenter is the location of most of the events for the Conference and is the headquarters hotel. The Marriott Riverwalk is across the street with a block of rooms and is the location of the Welcome Reception. The Marriott Rivercenter and the Marriott Riverwalk offers a rate of $186 single/double per night (2 per room); a triple is $216 plus tax and quad is $246 plus tax. Please check with reservations for room rate with rooms with more than three adults. The ACBSP group rate is dependent on hotel availability.
Reservations for both hotels can also be made via phone by calling 1-800-648-4462 and mentioning the ACBSP Annual Conference. Reservations cannot be made by directly calling the hotels; use the previous 1-800 number only. Rooms may not be available at the group rate for the three days prior (June 20-22) and the three days following (June 29 - July 1) as San Antonio is a very popular destination for vacations and other conferences during this period. |
OPTIONAL CONFERENCE EVENTS: | NETWORKING DINNERS: Networking dinners for new and aspiring deans will be held on Friday evening. The cost is $70 and space is limited. The location of the dinner is Sazo's Latin Grill Restaurant in the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel. Reservations for the dinner can be made using the online procedure after completing the required information to register for the Annual Conference. CLADEA INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS CONFERENCE: Registration for the CLADEA International Relations Conference is considered an optional event for persons registering for the ACBSP Annual Conference. By adding your CLADEA registration to your ACBSP registration, you are provided a savings of $100. |
GUEST MEAL FUNCTIONS: | Tickets to all meals are included with the required registration fees. Tickets for guests may be purchased onsite or in advance. The cost is $50 for any luncheon, $30 for the welcome reception, $40 for the Monday closing breakfast, and $100 for the Sunday banquet. Meal tickets for guests attending the CLADEA Welcoming Buffet Dinner are $70 each. |
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PAYMENT: | All fees payable in U.S. Dollars Mastercard, VISA, American Express, wire transfers, and checks drawn on U.S. banks, are accepted. Purchase Orders accepted to confirm registration prior to the start of the Conference. |
CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY: | Refund policy for the ACBSP Annual Conference and conference events: A full refund will be given for cancellations received by May 29. Cancellations received after that date will have a $175 service charge deducted from the amount refunded. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. No refund will be give after June 12.
