 In these challenging economic times, the need to stay abreast of changes which are occurring in the global business arena is critical. ACBSP recognized this need even before the current situation surfaced through enhancing the Global initiatives of ACBSP. It made this commitment by establishing the Global Business Education Committee. The purpose of the active GBE Committee is to advance global initiatives and support member institutions toward maintaining currency in quality global business education programs. This includes, but is not limited to, developing a database for use by the membership, designing and communicating opportunities for global activities, promoting ACBSP to global constituencies, and providing information on international faculty and student exchanges and travel abroad opportunities. The GBE website is an excellent opportunity for member institutions to showcase their best practices toward enhancing the global business educational opportunities for their students. Please contact Giles Rafol at grafol@acbsp.org to place any notices about upcoming travel abroad opportunities or faculty exchanges. Also, please use this portal to showcase your educational opportunities which can demonstrate effective global business education.
