The new JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. Live is the location of the Conference and the headquarters hotel. The JW Marriott offers a rate of $199 single/double per night (2 per room), plus tax. An additional $20 per person will apply for three or four persons in a room. The ACBSP group rate is applicable three (3) days prior to and after the Conference, based on hotel availability. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by May 17, 2010.
Special Hotel Update - Overflow Hotel
As of June 9, the group rate of $199 for the JW Marriott Hotel is no longer available. Furthermore, the JW Marriott is sold out for the dates of June 22-25. This is for the ACBSP room block and all other rooms in the hotel. Rooms are available for arrival on Saturday with departure on Monday or Tuesday at a rate of $259.
We are offering a discount rate at the nearby Marriott Los Angeles Downtown Hotel for the dates of June 22 – 24. For more information on the Marriott Downtown please go to: http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/laxdt-los-angeles-marriott-downtown. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the JW Marriott. In order to receive the $199 single/double rate (plus tax), you must call 1-800-260-0227 and mention the ACBSP rate. Online reservations for this ACBSP rate are not available.
