Alderman brings a wealth of association experience and business acumen to his new post.  His responsibilities will include working alongside the Board and a global network of members, volunteers, and staff as ACBSP continues to position itself as a leader of specialized accreditation for business education programs throughout the world.

“We are honored to have Mr. Alderman as our new Executive Director and CEO,” said Dr. Anthony Negbenebor, Dean of the Godbold School of Business and Dover Endowed Chair of Business at Gardner-Webb University, and 2014-15 ACBSP President. “He is astute and a team player and brings with him association experience that is unsurpassed. I look forward to his strong leadership in taking ACBSP to new heights.”

At the KBA, the organization achieved numerous milestones including record membership and a dramatic expansion of its endowment. He worked closely with the Kansas Supreme Court on various issues facing the legal profession as well as administered the Court’s Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program, which has granted millions of dollars to worthy charities.

“I am truly honored and humbled by the opportunity to work alongside such an esteemed and well respected organization,” said Alderman. “We believe that we are providing the best possible accreditation process in the world and we look to grow ACBSP while maintaining the highest standards that have become our hallmark.”
