Who Should Invest in this Conference?

  • Companies offering products or services that assist accrediting agencies in fulfilling their mission of quality assurance.
  • Consultants, authors, or publishers in the area of quality assurance.
  • Members of the INQAAHE and ASPA should consider being an exhibitor, as well as an attendee.

Why Should Invest in this Conference?

  • Exhibits are not a tradition of the INQAAHE Conference and are a unique opportunity to be a part of an inaugural event and the start of new relationships.
  • This will be the first time the INQAAHE Conference is held in the United States.
  • Attendance is projected at 400-500.
  • The Conference is being held immediately following the spring meeting of the Association of Specialized and Professional Accreditors. This will increase the attendees beyond those from INQAAHE as a number of ASPA attendees will attend both conferences and vice versa.
  • The location of the exhibits is in the perimeter of the Grand Ballroom, where the Welcome Reception, all breaks and luncheons will be held. This provides visibility not otherwise available in a standard exhibit hall.
  • Your company will have a noticeable presence not only at the conference itself, but on the conference website, in a listing of sponsors and exhibitors, and in various conference publications.
  • There is a limit of 20 exhibitors, ensuring a correct balance of exhibitors and attendees for greatest value.
  • Compare our pricing with other organizations. All packages offer great value for your participation.
  • Our sponsorship package gives you additional advantages and opportunities for direct contact with conference attendees.

Choose a Package:

  • Exhibit space featuring an 8’ x 6’ area with a 6- or 8-foot draped table, two chairs and electrical hookup.
  • Registration for two people to attend all sessions and meals during the conference.
  • Contact information for all attendees one month prior to and one month after the conference.
  • The INQAAHE 2015 Conference website will feature a prominent listing of all conference exhibitors with links to each exhibitor’s website, beginning in May 2015 and continuing indefinitely for years to follow.
  • The June 2015 issue of the “INQAAHE Bulletin” will feature a listing of all exhibitors with links to each exhibitor’s website, creating awareness among all INQAAHE members, not just those attending the conference in Chicago.
  • All the benefits of an exhibitor, including the Exhibitor Package.
  • Logo recognition on conference items (lanyards or conference bags).
  • Sponsor of one of two luncheons or the conference dinner.
  • Introduction during one of the two luncheons and the opportunity to make brief remarks.
  • Presentation of educational content during a concurrent session during the conference.
  • Listing as a Sponsor in the program book with logo display.
  • Listing as a Sponsor on special signage in the exhibit hall.
  • Listing of Sponsor designation on the INQAAHE 2015 conference website and in the June 2015 issue of the “INQAAHE Bulletin.”
