Update, Oct. 20, 2017: The Accreditation Forum is now sold out. At this time, no wait list is available. Attendees seeking accreditation information may still attend the Global Conference.
This year, the Accreditation Forum exists as somewhat separate event that runs concurrently with the rest of the Global Conference. The dates are Wednesday, November 8 – Saturday, November 11.
The Accreditation Forum is an intensive three-day training forum which will cover the standards and criteria in detail with presentations by ACBSP accreditation staff and ACBSP members with accredited business programs who have developed best practices for each standard. Schools interested in pursuing candidacy, in candidacy, or seeking reaffirmation of accreditation will also be provided with in-class time to a specific criterion within each standard using the online reporting portal.
Topics to be covered:
Due to space limitations and to ensure the best training experience, this session is limited to 30 registrants. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or netbook with electronic copies of their business program documents as well as survey and assessment data summaries. Certificates of completion will be provided for individuals who pre-register and attend the entire training.
The Accreditation Forum will begin on Wednesday, November 8 and end Saturday, November 11. Included in this registration are printed training material, refreshment breaks, luncheons on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Welcome Reception on Thursday evening, Global Conference Reception and Gala Dinner on Friday evening, and the Closing Breakfast on Saturday morning.
For those unable to attend or the Accreditation Forum, the Global Conference will still feature some accreditation and standards-related presentations given by ACBSP members.
