HOTEL UPDATE - APR. 21, 2017: At this time, rooms are no longer available in our room block for the nights of June 20, 21, 22, and 27. Rooms are still available in our room block for the nights beginning June 23, with check-out on June 27; this covers the main days of the conference. Remaining rooms are filling fast, and attendees are advised to book rooms as soon as possible.

We are still looking into securing rooms at nearby "overflow" hotels at a similar rate, but there is no guarantee the rate will be same. Nor is there a guarantee we will be able to secure overflow. The presence of a city-wide convention immediately preceding our conference is affecting vacancy.

However, there are still rooms at nearby hotels. There may even be rooms at the Marriott available outside of our room block at market rates. Attendees should visit travel websites such as,, Travelocity, etc, to find rooms.

Once again, we are advising attendees to book rooms sooner, rather than later, wherever they may be found.
