Preliminary Visit Questionnaire
This document is used by institutions accepted into candidacy status using the 2004 Standards and Criteria. The preliminary questionnaire must be completed and submitted to ACBSP and the assigned mentor. The mentor will schedule a preliminary visit to determine the school's readiness to proceed with the self-study.

ACBSP Evaluator Application Form
ACBSP Members who have completed evaluator training at the regional or national level should complete this form and submit it along with a current resume. The form should be submitted to Steve Parscale, Director of Accreditation or Diana Hallerud, Accreditation Coordinator.

Program Evaluators' Self-Study Review Workbook for Baccalaureate/Graduate Degree
This document is used by evaluators during the site visit to determine how well the institution meets the ACBSP standards and criteria for accreditation. Institutions preparing their self-study can also use this document to make sure that they have adequately supplied the information needed to address all the standards.

Faculty Credentials Review
The attached file outlines the process for faculty credentials review and lists the required documentation when requesting a review.

Request for Faculty Qualifications Review
This form should be completed and submitted with the transcripts and résume when an institution requests faculty credentials review by the faculty credential committee. Three hard copies should be sent to: ACBSP, Attn: Faculty Credentials Committee, 11520 W. 119th Street, Overland Park, KS, 66213. Electronic copies should be sent via e-mail to Steve Parscale at sparscale@acbsp.org or Diana Hallerud at dianahallerud@acbsp.org.

Accelerated Process for Certain Accredited Schools

In addition to the processes described above, ACBSP recognizes other accrediting bodies of business schools and programs may have valid processes. ACBSP offers an accelerated process for these institutions that hold accredited status to establish dual accreditation with ACBSP. Accreditation is not assured for all institutions using this process and the scope of accreditation may be different. For clarifications, please contact the ACBSP office.
