Accreditation Online Reporting Platform for Self-studies and Quality Assurance Reports
ACBSP has implemented an online reporting platform for self-studies and quality assurance reports. ACBSP has worked with Campus Labs to develop and maintain the platform. Campus Labs is running similar reporting platforms for regional accreditors such as North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, The Higher Learning Commission (NCA-HLC), and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
The research and development phase started in 2012 and rolled over into 2013. The cost is $80,000 per year. ACBSP incurred the cost for the first two years. The cost of the online reporting portal has been divided among all schools active in the accreditation process. In 2015, annual membership invoices for schools in candidacy and accredited schools will be $2,150 per membership year. This is a great value when you consider all the features that come with the system.

Video Tutorials & Powerpoint Presentations
Video tutorials & Powerpoint presentations are available via Dropbox. A Dropbox account is not needed. Click the video you wish to view and it will play in the browser or it will download to your computer. A video media player, such as Windows Media Player for Windows or QuickTime Player for Mac, may be required if downloaded. For either operating system, VLC media player is a free alternative.
Several member schools volunteered to test the platform. The training for the test phase has begun with several business units starting to entering data and information into the quality assurance report template and self-study data and information. The process will be used by a majority of business units by the fall of 2014, and will become mandatory for all business units in 2015.
